[LM_NET] supplementary materials for Small Steps by Kehret

One of my 6th grade teachers asked me to help her find materials to help
give the students some insight into polio before they start studying the
biography. She has found a photo of an iron lung, but would appreciate
more things. They have no concept of the disease.
