Does anyone have "enough" princess books? I don't. My 1st and 2nd grade girls are asking - and I'm not very successful in recommending the folk and fairy tales. They don't like the simle picture book stories of little girls wishing to be princesses, either. They want pictures of beautiful princesses!! I have _To Be A Princess : The Fascinating Lives of Real Princesses_.-- Harper Collins, 2001. 64 pages. by Hugh Brewster and that seems to satisfy the "real princess" needs but is a little much for 1st and 2nd graders. Any suggestions? .-+-.-+-.-+-.-+-.-+-.-+-.-+-.-+-.-+-.-+-.-+ Marcia Dressel, K-5 Librarian @ the Elementary and Intermediate Schools Osceola, WI dressel@osceola.k12.wi.us <mailto:dressel@osceola.k12.wi.us> http://www.myteacherpages.com/webpages/MDressel/ .-+-.-+-.-+-.-+-.-+-.-+-.-+-.-+-.-+-.-+-.-+ -------------------------------------------------------------------- Please note: All LM_NET postings are protected by copyright law.
