[LM_NET] ELEM:bilingual picture books vendor

I am writing a grant with a kindergarten teacher to purchase
Spanish/bilingual (English and Spanish) picture books for students to use in
the classroom and to check out from the library.  We want to buy "popular"
books that students are interested in reading and we want their parents or
other family members to be able to read them to the students.  For example,
we would like books from authors like Mo Willems, Eric Carle, Dr. Seuss,
etc.  Can you recommend a vendor that sells library bound Spanish/bilingual
picture books?
