Does anyone know of an article I can distribute to the faculty on the importance of teacher-librarian cooperation and/or the librarian as a valued faculty member? We have a new high school principal who, unlike her predecessor, was never really my advocate even before her promotion, and who gives the impression she believes I am a mere "caretaker" of the collection and not an educated, experienced colleague. (I only found out about an important faculty meeting when a memo announcing it was left lying around in the faculty room, etc., etc.) Thanks in advance, and have a great weekend!
