I liked *Generation Me* by Jean Twenge. Gives insight into the generation coming into the workforce now. Also, *Born Digital,* even though the authors make an egregious error confusing John with Melvil Dewey. This book gives insight to the generation of kids we are educating now. Bonus: It doesn't need to be read cover to cover. Just pick and choose among the chapters most relevant to your situation.
