[LM_NET] Play aways advice

Hello,

Our middle school students seem to really enjoy the Playaways, but  
they are very expensive to purchase and require constant upkeep with  
replacement of a batteries and ear buds on a regular basis.   I was  
seeking information on how other schools manage this collection in  
terms of budget constraints and purchase allotment.  Thanks for your  
help!
