It was only a matter of time. Everything is shared online, so why not
scan and upload your favorite magazine articles to share with the world?
Will magazine publishers sue for copyright violation - or try to find a
way to make this work for them? Is there a way for them to make money
if all their articles are available for free on the web? What about
database companies?
Right now this particular site doesn't seem to be much of a threat. The
search function is not very sophisticated, making it hard to narrow down
the hits. With the topics I tried out, I got either way too much - or
not nearly enough. Still - is this the beginning of the end of
databases?
