A science teacher here is looking for a book he heard read at a workshop. It was a picture book and it was somewhat repetitive. He wants to use it when he talks about lab rules. It talked about following rules and on each page the narrator said something like, "But I ALWAYS blah blah blah (whatever he/she is supposed to be doing.)" I seem to remember something like this: the boy or girl is obviously not following the rule to the letter but in his perception, he is. Does anyone recognize it?
