[LM_NET] TECH: Software/Computer Specs Compatibility

At some point last year I read something about a website where one can enter the 
model and specification details of your computer together with the name of a given 
program or game and the site will tell you whether or not the software will work on 
your computer.  Of course I've lost the link and now I'm wondering if anyone 
recognizes it and can pass the information along again.
