[LM_NET] Off Topic but school related: Health Reimbursement Arrangements

Hi, If your school district has an HRA plan for your health insurance, could you 
please answer a couple questions for me, please. 
 
1. Are you happy with it?
 
2.  What pitfalls should we look out for if we go that route?
 
3.  If not all the money in the pool is used at the end of the year, who "gets" it, 
the district, the employees, the employees who didn't already "collect" by using 
the fund, or is it rolled over to make the pool bigger for the next year?
