[LM_NET] Dodge Poetry Festival - Teacher Day

I am going to attend the Dodge Poetry Festival's Teacher Day 
(http://www.dodgepoetry.org/festival-2008/teachers/).  It is a day for high school 
teachers to take workshops, attend panels, poetry readings, etc. about poetry.  I 
have never attended before and I was wondering if anyone has?  Is it worthwhile for 
high school library media specialists?  I'd love to hear from anyone who has gone 
to the festival.  I am in NY so I don't know if my district will accept the 
professional development hours from NJ but I would attend either way.
