[LM_NET] Help finding a book

This is one of those requests we receive from time to time that either make us look 
like geniuses (if we find the book) or goats (if we can't find it). 
Our former principal sent up a box of professional books a few years back that she 
had received  at various workshops. Many of the books were cataloged by me and 
placed on our professional shelf. Many were weeded. Of course, she needs one of the 
books now and of course, she can no longer remember the title, author, or much else 
about the book except the following: 
 
It is a small, hardcover book and it contains a story about a man holding a rope 
over a bridge. The only other identifier I have is that the former principal needs 
the book as a resource for a workshop she is holding for parents about "enabling 
behavior in students." 
Any ideas? 
 
Thanks in advance. If I pull this one off I will be a legend in this school (more 
importantly, I love finding what people need).
