Hi, Brian.
I like Columbia International Affairs Online (CIAO). It's relatively
inexpensive and very comprehensive. Also consider CQ Global Researcher--like
CQ Researcher but with an international perspective, published once a month.
I also subscribe to CountryWatch and like it a lot because it's
comprehensive although there is a lot of repetition in documents from
country to country. I like the CountryWires service which part of
CountryWatch because it gives up-to-the-minute news stories about each
country including the most obscure ones.
Hope this helps.

Read, every day, something no one else is reading. Think, every day,
something no one else is thinking. Do, every day, something no one else
would be silly enough to do. It is bad for the mind to be always part of
unanimity.
