[LM_NET] school libraries and PLC's (Professional Learning Communities) ?

Dear LM Netters,
    For the last year, our school district has been involved in forming
PLC's (Professional Learning Communities) for the improvement of the
overall school sites/district.  I am looking for any articles/blogs,
etc. on the role of school library media centers in the ongoing work of
the PLC's. I can find quite a bit on PLC's as a whole but nothing that
concerns school library involvement or even more specifically PLC's
within a school district for their librarians. I appreciate any help you
can give. I enjoy so much this listserv. LM_NET helps me so much each
day and I've been a school librarian for 30 years (both elementary and
