I have a self-contained special education teacher who requested I get more very low level books for her students to read. These books need to be a fiction book with below a 2.9 ATOS level and not worth more than 1 point. As you can see we are an AR school. I want to be able to find things that they actually will be interested in reading instead of lower elementary interest level books. I have several sets of books but they need more variety. How do you handle this in your school? How much money do you spend on these kinds of books? Thanks in advance for your great help!
