[LM_NET] tech help: Adobe

My daughter's computer gets stuck when she goes to a class learning module on 
Blackboard. It is like her computer is trying to automatically open a pdf file but 
can't quite do it. Then, a little box that says Adobe Acrobat pops up like it is 
going to have a error code. Nothing is showing up yet. Anyway, she has tried to 
uninstall Adobe to keep this from happening and then she can't even get on the 
Internet. She has tried uninstalling Adobe and upgrading Adobe and it does the same 
thing. It will say something about the memory cannot be read and then it terminates 
her internet connection.
