[LM_NET] HIT: district scheduling

Thank you to everyone who sent me information. The consensus was that
most stayed at a single building for a week's time. I am not real fond
of that idea so I am thinking of working on a schedule that would let me
get to every building library at least once a week. I just feel that I
would get out of touch with the staff being gone for two weeks at a
time.  I am not sure what the final schedule would look like but if
anyone else has ideas for me I would love to hear from you.
