I recently had to send my circulation computer in to the IT Dept. for an upgrade
(Vista, not sure what all else). Now that I have it back I am having problems
getting my scanner, which worked perfectly fine before, to work. The scanner
beeps but nothing appears on the screen. I've been in contact with Follett tech
support but apparently my scanner (old, old, old Winnebago LS2000MX) is so old they
no longer support it. Their last resort was to send me a sequence of barcodes to
scan to try to configure it but they did not work. Of course the original scanner
manual is long gone. I'm hoping someone out there has a copy of the manual and can
offer help or maybe someone has gone through something similar! TIA!
