There was a lot of response/interest in this question, so I've sent it out as a HIT: If you don't see a graph below, I've attached it as a .pdf file. One recurring theme: School Districts where the contractual language explicitly states that librarians are teachers and, therefore, will receive the same prep period as teachers do.
