[LM_NET] Off Topic: IPOD question

I've had my 80gb IPOD since 2006.  At the time I had to load my supporting software 
on a friends computer that had fast access.  Now that I have fast access, I want to 
get all of my music from the other computer to my computer at my house.  Anyone 
know how this can be done?  If I can ever get that done, I hope I can go ahead and 
download all my CD's I own and put them on the IPOD and get rid of the CD's.

I use WIN machines.
