[LM_NET] TAR: Conflict Resolution among your staff

Hello all!

I'm needing some supplemental information for a project I'm doing.  To those of you 
who supervise other staff members (paraprofessionals or aides, etc), please share 
your experience with conflict resolution among your staff.  How does the media 
specialist deal with conflict among staff members and what approach does he or she 
take in dealing with difficult people or situations?
