I have kept an annotated journal of all the books I've read during my library career. The kids love it; it helps refresh my memory when creating book talks; the English teachers have used it to select summer reading for their students. Lynda N. (I don't think I read an adult book all the time I was working in my school library.) I've lost some of the emails but these are the suggestions that I can recall... lists/displays of new books best new YA books in the library, top 10 books, excel spreadsheets of genres, blogs reviews reading programs book trailers booktalks emailing teachers with titles that support their teaching What are some other ideas? I will ask my Australian colleagues and I will post a hit.
