Hi My school is in its 2nd year of incorporating the Comprehensive Literacy Model into our district. I am interested in knowing how librarians in other districts using this model have changed their program. What have you done to support the model? Have you suffered in budget cuts because of the recommended 4000 book classroom library? Are teachers using the library for resources for research projects or relying on their own libraries? Do you have any ideas to make this transition easier? What is your role?
