[LM_NET] TECH: Newspaper Articles from Birth Date

I have a teacher who wants her students to find newspaper articles from the
day they were born.  She wants these articles to be from the newspaper in
the town they were born in.  Are there are resources you could recommend we
use?  I have the feeling that this assignment might not be possible, but I
want to give her whatever resource suggestions I can.  Thanks!
