[LM_NET] HIT: Parent Permission

I wanted to thank EVERYONE for the suggestions and for sending me the 
permission slips they use for students. All of them were most helpful!

I took the advise of Ruie Chehak and Cheryl Youse and wrote a letter that 
had them "opt out" instead of giving permission. I want ALL the kids to 
check out books and there has been some confusion because of the difference 
from last year.

I would be glad to send anyone that wants them the letters I received and 
the one I sent, but they are attachments and I would have to send them 
individually to you. Just ask and I will be glad to.

Hi ALL!
In my new position, I am on a fixed schedule and I  have to have a 
permission letter for all the parents to sign that allows their student to 
check out books. I have never had to do this before (there are about 500 
students). I have searched the archives for some sort of letter, but am not 
getting any good hits. Do any of you have to do this for every student and 
would you share the letter if possible. THANK YOU in advance for your help.
