Hello again,

Some people told me that if a student has one book out, he is not allowed to
checkout a second book etc.

I have a problem that I don't know how to solve.  When I don't allow students to
get books because they don't return books etc.  Teachers get frustrated.  Teachers
need each student to get a chapter book at library time, for example, for silent
reading time in the classroom.  Or teachers need each student to borrow a mystery
book for a genre project or a book for a report etc.

Some students never return and never pay fines.  I don't know how to handle this.

Thank you
