[LM_NET] target: info. on Literacy Empowerment Foundation

Could someone refresh my memory: I did try the archives, but found nothing 
substantive on the Literacy Empowerment Foundation, which says they can provide 
books for free, for the cost of shipping.  I suspect this is too good to be true, 
but I knew that LM_NETters would know.
