[LM_NET] HIT: Polar Express PowerPoint

Several people had asked for a hit regarding this posting, unfortunately I
did not receive much and was informed that it may actually be a breech of
copyright. However, I did receive two resources that may be of help to
someone else.

I don't have a PP, but use a CDrom of the book.  You can get it from Amazon
for around $7.00.  I use it with my classes and the kids love it.  Garrison
Keillor reads the story as the pages of the book are projected.  You can
