[LM_NET] TAR: Book for New Superintendent

My school district got a new superintendent in September.   The librarians 
are meeting with him for the first time.   We would love to give him a book 
from all of us.   Yes, I know book gift   always comes to mind, so that is 
what they want to do.    It can be a chapter or picture book.   He also has 
young kids.   

What are you thoughts on this?   Book for him or his kids or both?    And 
what titles would you recommend.   We are open to anything that would make a 
memorable impression. 

Not to "muddy the waters", if a book gift is too standard, we would welcome 
  suggestions on another unique, fun thing we would give him.
