[LM_NET] library policy manual

Hello,
I am a library school student looking for strong examples of school
library policy manuals.
Specifically I am looking for rubrics for assessing a library clerk and
one for assessing a student assistant.

I am also wondering if anyone has a budget increase justification
narrative that they are particularly proud of and would not mind sharing?

In addition to this, does anyone have a welcome to the library letter that
they would like to share with me too?
