[LM_NET] Target: Destiny Users & Resource Lists

I have created a resource list and saved it as 'public'; however, the kids cannot 
view it under the 'resource list' menu on the left side of the catalog. I can make 
it public under the tab "copy categories", but I prefer it to be under the 
'resource list' tab. Any help would be appreciated!
