If anyone is shopping for books at Barnes & Noble this Saturday, December
5th (Teacher Appreciation Day with extra discounts) and you don't have a
book fair of your own going on at Barnes & Noble, would you please tell
the cashier BEFORE you check out that you would like to support our school
library, Clearwater High School (Book Fair ID #10076586).
I would be greatly appreciative of this and will gladly do the same for
someone else's book fair. We are desperately in need of new books and I
am trying to raise funds.
I just learned today that this book fair ID number works at any Barnes &
Noble store, not just the local one where I set up the book fair.
If anyone is interested in how this works:
You can set up a Barnes & Noble book fair for one certain day. Purchases
will be totaled for customers that bring a voucher (I can send you an
attachment of the vouchers if you send me a direct email) or just tell the
clerk that they are in support of your book fair and give them the ID
number. A percentage of those total sales will be donated to your school.
You can take the percentage in cash or you can take a higher percentage
in a Barnes & Noble gift card and use it to purchase things from B&N.
Simply write down our book fair number and give it to the clerk before you
check out.
