I had a teacher at an alternative site ask me a question. She works with students who have been removed from our school campus for various reasons but are still our students. She is often given work by the regular classroom teacher (in many cases it is the special education teacher) which look to her like copies of workbook sheets. She wants to know if she is breaking copyright using these with the students. She doesn't make the copy...she gives the student the material provided by the classroom teacher.
