[LM_NET] HS: Inheritance Series

Can anyone tell me when the fourth book of the Inheritance series by Christopher 
Paolini is slated to be published?  Is the title of it known yet?
 
I have a student who is dying to have this information, and we couldn't find it on 
the author's web site.
