[LM_NET] HIT: Dav Pilkey

A number of people asked me to let them know if I found anything out about
why Dav Pilkey hasn’t written anything in 3 ½ years and if he plans to write
anything in the future.  The only information I was able to find was from
one person who saw him speak 2 years ago.  He said he is taking a break for
personal reasons.
