[LM_NET] TAR: The Extra Reading Company

I searched the archives and did not find any information about this company.  An 
elementary Title Reading Teacher asked me about them?  So, since I don't know 
anything about them, has anyone had experience with them (and how they do their 
pricing)  that they would be willing to share?
