The local book store donated 4 titles by L Ron Hubbard to one of our middle schools
for a 7th grade book auction. Apparently they are some of his science fiction
novels. One of the parents helping with this project is questioning if this
donation should be accepted. I told the MS librarian I would ask the listserv if
anyone has had any experiences with Hubbard's work. We know about his Scientology
background, but are unfamiliar with his other, earlier works.
