A friend's family always sings the following song for birthdays, but no one knows where it came from or how it really started. Do you know the history of this song by any chance? "It's somebody's birthday today (x2) The candles are lighted on somebody's cake And we're all invited For somebody's cake An old fashioned table is set For the one that we'll never forget Happy birthday to you And many more too Because it's your birthday today" There is a guy on Youtube who sings it and says it his family song as well but also does not know the origin. Anyone know it or have ideas on how to find it? Thanks in advance.
