Absolutely - all sources need to be checked! I have a book that I use
to demonstrate that fact: put out by a well-known publisher 7-8 years
ago, and part of a series that got great reviews at the time, it is a
book about the state of Maryland, and on the map page it shows
Maryland on the........Pacific Ocean. Labelled in big black type. I
wave that book in the air, show them the page and remind them that ALL
information needs to be checked, and rechecked. ("That's why it's
called re-search!")
