Good afternoon!

I am hoping you can help me! The way I understand the project is that the
local schools in the area are interested in doing a community reading event
spanning a few days which would involve the kindergarten, elementary
schools, middle school and high school students, as well as adults. Their
original idea was to have one book that all ages could read and then expand
on with activities and programs in the community. However, I'm not sure
there would be one book that would interest such a vast range of ages. I
think it might be easier to do it by author. SO...my question is this:

Can you list any authors who write books for young children, and also J as
well as YA and adult?

Thanks in advance for any info you can give me...
