I am posting for a non LMNET colleague -- PLEASE reply directly to
her. Thanks!

I am a middle school librarian ( grades 6,7,8) and have received a
$3000 grant designed to encourage boys to read. I want to spent a good
amount of these funds on graphic novels. I need suggestions for a core
list of graphic novels appropriate for middle school. Many of the
lists I've seen are directed toward younger readers (k-5) and high
school age students. The in-between group seems to be neglected. Any
suggestions are appreciated. --------
