[LM_NET] TECH: flickr "badge"

I am looking for directions or web site to create a "badge" -- not sure if that is 
correct term-- from digital pictures, downloaded to Flickr or otherwise.  They are 
arranged in a 3 x 4 grid, I think, and pictures randomly rearrange themselves.

Hope I am making sense.  I have seen these but no longer remember the details of 
how to produce one.  Would like to add one to our One Book blog.  I have already 
added Shelfari and am looking for other cool widgets to add.
