[LM_NET] Grant money??

Does anyone know of any grants or partnerships that would assist us with
starting a school broadcast journalism course.  We have no such program
at the moment, so we would need financial help to acquire broadcasting
equipment, install wiring etc.?  Any ideas will be gratefully accepted.
