Hello, I am sending this request for a colleague. Thanks in advance for any and all help. To help students gets excited about world history, I am looking for an anthology/collection of well-written essays dealing with various events in world history. Not a dictionary or encyclopedia format. Something like Howard Zinn’s People’s History of the United States would also be good because it is so readable, or Coming Apart, but for world history, not US.
