[LM_NET] TARGET: ELEM: Building Readers newsletters

Hello collective brain!
I was given a sample of a "Building Readers" newsletter and I've been on their 
website  http://www.parent-institute.com/educator/products/newsletters/brfamily.php
It is a pre-packaged newsletter, that can be customized for your school/district on 
several themes: reading readiness, elem.  The parent company "parent institute" 
says their mission is to encourage parent involvement in their child's education.

Here's my question:   does your school subscribe?  if so, how is it received?  what 
is your opinion of it?
