[LM_NET] Target: publishing a book

A colleague of mine has a wonderful story that she has written about the water 
cycle.  She would like to get it published.  Does anyone know what steps she needs 
to take to do this?  How does she contact publishers, etc.  Thanks in advance for 
your help!
