[LM_NET] Target: Group discussion questions for _Rash_ by Hautman

Tomorrow my junior high (8th and 9th graders) will discuss _Rash_ by Pete Hautman.  
They're mostly a quiet group, and sometimes it can be hard to get a discussion 
going.  Does anyone have any pre-made book club discussion questions for this book? 
 I've searched the internet but haven't been able to find a convenient list of 
pre-made questions.
