[LM_NET] Recommendation for sources for marketing plan

Hello LM_NETTERs,
I am hoping that you can provide some sites with example marketing plans for school 
media centers.  I am currently working on my MLS and hoping for some suggestions 
for my Admin and Management class.  Thanks for any assistance.  I will post a HIT.
