[LM_NET] School Wide Reading Incentive Program

Hello all!  I am the Media Specialist at a brand new high school.  We are looking 
for a school-wide reading program.  We discussed having a set time during the day 
where everyone "stop and read".  Unfortunately, our faculty is not too receptive 
about taking away from instructional time.  I am looking for ideas that you have 
tried and that worked!  Thanks!
