[LM_NET] SIF & Alexandria

Is any school library using Alexandria successfully with a SIF agent? The
SIF agent takes student info from the student information program (such as
PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, etc.) and distributes it to all the software
programs in the district, i.e. the library (Alexandria), the cafeteria,
transportation, etc. If you are not sure, could you ask your tech dept. if
a SIF agent is used and if it is successfully working with Alexandria? 

We are desperately trying to get Alexandria to work with our SIF agent and
are having no success at all. Companion tech support has only been
marginally helpful and said it was their first year using SIF (from what I
was told by our tech person). If we can't get it to work we will have to
abandon the change over. Thanks for the help.
